La Quinta Golf Country Club

At The World Player’s Academy  we understand that good technical skills aligned with natural talent & ability alone is no guarantee of success in the highly competitive world of professional golf. In our opinion, additional ingredients that include passion, determination, hard work and a stubborn drive for excellence are also prerequisites to be a winner in golf as it is for anyone striving to reach the top in their chosen profession. The World Players Academy experience aims to combine all these elements within a structured programme to provide players with a solid platform to attain their maximum potential in golf.

The World Player’s Academy experience will begin its 6th season in October , 2017 and will again provide a truly unique programme. The programme is built around a series of 4-week modules running from October, 2017 to April , 2018 and will be based  in southern Spain, located in one of the most prestigious and lively areas on the Costa del Sol. New for this year will also see the introduction of a module in Florida, USA in 2018 to help our Players gain more experience of playing competitions in the 2 biggest world Golfing arenas

Our programme is unique since The World Player’s Academy  is closely aligned with the Mini Tours training Season. A series of events played on some of the finest courses in southern Spain during the winter months.  NEW for 2017/18 season will be the introduction of The World Players Academy Team Cup where 2 teams from USA & Europe will face each other in a Home & Away format, giving young players valuable tournament experience in America & Europe.
